Getting started
Creating an account
Anyone can join Cribbzapp as a client (property owner) or as a service provider. If you are a customer of an organisation that runs its own group, your account is created for you by that group's administrator - you simply sign in with the email and temporary password you were given.
Where to find it: Home page - "Get started", or the Sign in page - the sign-up links.
Pick the right account type
- Clients / property owners: use "Get started" to register as a customer.
- Service providers: from the Sign in page choose your discipline - supplier, architect, structural engineer, other professional, or constructor.
- Regulatory bodies (council, environmental, utility) register as an authority.
- Group customers: you don't self-register - your group administrator creates your account.
Complete the form
- Enter your name (and company name where asked), email, phone and a password.
- Tick the box to agree to the End User Licence Agreement - this is required to create an account.
- Submit to create your account; you're signed in and taken to your dashboard.
First sign-in for accounts created for you
- Sign in with the email as your username and the temporary password you were given.
- You will be asked to set your own password before you can do anything else.
