Getting started

Creating an account Anyone can join Cribbzapp as a client (property owner) or as a service provider. If you are a customer of an organisation that runs its own group, your account is created for you by that group's administrator - you simply sign in with the email and temporary password you were given.
Passwords and the forced first change You can change your password any time from the top bar. Accounts created for you by an administrator require you to set a new password on first sign-in.
The End User Licence Agreement Every user must accept the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) before using the system. It sets out the terms of use and the limits of our responsibility as a neutral marketplace.
Signing in, dashboards and finding help After signing in you land on the dashboard for your role. The top navigation and your dashboard are tailored to what you do. Every screen also has its own help.
Your profile and contact details Keep your profile current so the people you work with can identify and reach you. Service-provider profiles also carry your professional details and documents.
Team members and delegated access Owner accounts can add team members who act on the account's behalf with only the permissions you grant. Useful for firms with several staff.
