The End User Licence Agreement
Every user must accept the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) before using the system. It sets out the terms of use and the limits of our responsibility as a neutral marketplace.
Where to find it: Footer - End User Licence Agreement (readable any time). The acceptance page appears automatically when needed.
When you'll be asked
- New users tick the agreement box during sign-up.
- Existing users are asked to accept on their next sign-in.
- If we update the terms, everyone is asked to re-accept once.
Accepting or declining
- Read the agreement, tick the box, and choose "Agree and continue".
- If you decline, you are signed out and cannot use the system until you accept.
