Messaging and conversations
Cribbzapp has a single messaging system. Super users have organisation channels and can direct-message colleagues; every project has its own conversation between the client and the design team. Messages update live, can carry files, and are mirrored to Telegram if you have linked it.
Where to find it: Top bar - Messages, or a project's Messages / Workspace - Open project conversation.
Where conversations live
- Super users: three organisation channels (Super users, Procurement, Group leaders) plus one-to-one direct messages.
- Clients and the design team: each project has one conversation for everyone working on it.
- New messages alert the other people in-app (the Alerts count) and, if they linked Telegram, on Telegram too.
Sending
- Type a message and optionally attach a file; files are stored securely and only people in the conversation can open them.
- In a project conversation you can send a message to specific people only - tick names under Send to specific people; leave it blank to send to everyone.
- You can edit or delete your own messages; edits show an edited tag and deletions leave a placeholder.
Telegram two-way
- Link Telegram from Alerts - Connect Telegram to receive alerts there.
- Reply to a Cribbzapp alert in Telegram (swipe-reply) to post your reply - text or a file - straight back into that conversation.
